The Story of Mr. Butler Holiday

Mr. Butler Holiday was born out of a simple but powerful idea: travel should feel effortless. Our founder, Shawn Chin, loved planning trips for family, friends, and groups. But he noticed a problem — travel planning often felt stressful, overwhelming, and full of small details that distracted from the real joy of the journey.

That’s when the idea of a “personal travel butler” came alive. Just like a butler at home anticipates needs and takes care of details, Mr. Butler Holiday was created to do the same — but for travel.
